We booked a family cruise on Royal Caribbean through Zipsea for our first extended family vacation with our elderly parents. Win from Zipsea was very responsive in answering all my questions. A month leading up to the cruise, my mom had a health scare and we weren't sure if we could go anymore, and we were past the refund date. Win went above and beyond to make sure there were some alternative options for us so we wouldn't lose all our money. Fortunately it worked out and we ended up going on the cruise, and my family enjoyed themselves. Its very easy to book a cruise these days but the experience is even better when you have an agent working with you to get a good deal and finding the right rooms on the ships for your needs. Working with Win was efficient. I'll book with Zipsea again for my next cruise!
