I am extremely happy with my experience with Zipsea. I was able to book a wonderful cruise to Bermuda with them. I had done a lot of research as far as cost and they beat everyone else’s price plus I got a generous onboard credit because I booked through them. I am interested in another cruise and I get email updates from them whenever the price drops. I feel very happy to have found a trusted and reliable travel agency.

Bait and switch… buy this.. you’ll Get that… then you do and they come back and say oh no that’s only for a longer cruise. When you try to contact them… it’s ONLY via email. There is no support over the phone and texting takes forever to get a reply. I felt like this is a company run buy some foreign guy in his garage. Nothing was proactive, nothing was customer focused, and nothing was wonderful. I’m not using them again and I’d suggest you look elsewhere.

Put up my Virgin cruise for bid on cruisecompete.com and ZipSea came up with the highest OBC or discount relative to cruise price. Gave me $450 OBC which is pretty generous. No concerns and OBC showed up on Virgin account days prior to cruise. Used it without problems on the ship. Will definitely put ZipSea into consideration every time I cruise comparing it to any CruiseCompete bids. Thank you ZipSea.

Thank you so much for booking with us!
Everything was great with the OBC but I received mixed messages about booking/purchasing a 2nd cabin a few days after the original cabin purchase. I knew it was a last minute purchase as it was less than a week from departure and I was told by one Zipsea representative that it was too late. A day later another representative was very helpful and allowed me to make the purchase.

I booked my cruise with Zipsea after getting quotes from numerous travel agencies and the cruise line itself. Zipsea gave the best price of all and followed through on all their offers. Reserving was easy and I’ve already booked my next cruise with them.

Quick, easy, very responsive to texting questions. Great on board credit. Definitely my go to now for all cruise pricing.

I booked a last-second Virgin Voyage cruise using Zipsea, after doing some quick research. They claimed the highest onboard credit (which turned out to be true) and they delivered the credits. I’ll gladly consider them for my next cruise.
