Everything was great with the OBC but I received mixed messages about booking/purchasing a 2nd cabin a few days after the original cabin purchase. I knew it was a last minute purchase as it was less than a week from departure and I was told by one Zipsea representative that it was too late. A day later another representative was very helpful and allowed me to make the purchase.
