⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and Outstanding Patience! We had a wonderful experience working with Ivan at Prime Flights as we arranged our business-class flights to Portugal. Our travel plans were complicated, involving multiple destinations, connecting flights, and specific comfort and scheduling preferences. Ivan spent an incredible amount of time helping us compare different options, answering our many questions, and making sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to finding the best possible arrangements for us. After nearly three days of searching and comparing flights, we finally secured an excellent itinerary at a very competitive price. We truly appreciate Ivan's dedication, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Ivan, for making such a complicated booking process much easier! We would happily recommend Ivan and Prime Flights to anyone looking for personalized assistance with international travel. Neli & Chris

Worked with Mike Rogers for the first time. Mike was easy to work with and was very helpful. He found me a great deal for selection i was looking to get. Would recommend Mike if you need help with flights.

Steve O. worked hard to secure our tickets for next month’s vacation after fixing a problem that came up with one of the airlines. The airline customer support was terrible who does not respond or solve the issue. After a week of waiting for nothing from the airline, Steve dropped that airline and redo my itinerary which was done immediately.

Prompt and professional. Matt came through for me and followed up appropriately. Will use for my next transatlantic trip.

I worked with Edward Nilson. He was very patient with my questions, and my mistakes on dates. Edward sent me multiple options and walked me through the details of each. He saved me time and money!!! BRAVO!!!

Edward Nilson was so helpful & got my flights reserved within minutes! Very professional & friendly! ;-) Much thanks, Celeste
