Everything was wonderful, except that 2 chairs arrived without wheels. I have emailed asking them to send them, but no one has replied! :(

My product initially got held up at first truck distribution center because they said their trucks were too big to deliver to a residential area..they suggested my recipient of the table and chairs meet them at a nearby Wal-Mart to get what I ordered..I did call worthington and they arranged delivery to my recipient ghe day I called with the problem..soo just don't shop to distribution areas that don't deliver to a residence.

I still have not received my order. You have no options for me to be happy. I asked you to have a different material used for the top. "NO, look for your order in two months," you said. not happy
