I was in the market for chairs for the waiting area of my office. I found Worthington via Google and found what appeared to be what I was looking for at a very fair price. They arrived within two weeks. The assembly was easy and the product of good quality.

I purchased a very small item, as I was unaware that it was an optional purchase for a couple of plastic dividers. So I go a head and order the 3 dividers at about $5-6 a piece. What I don't understand is that for a couple of very light items, I'm being charged $34 for shipping, which was the same amount of the Magazine/literature rack. Seems rather excessive to me.

I'm sorry your shipping seemed high for the purchase. We always provide shipping totals before an order is placed, which are based on current shipping rates. If you feel you receive a rate that is too high, please contact [email protected] prior to ordering to see if we can arrange for a lower rate. We're always happy to try!
Customer service was great, super fast shipping. Some of the student desks that we ordered arrive damaged and they replaced them very quickly. There is nothing in the box to protect the desks in shipping so legs are bent and table tops chipped. Was very excited to find the exact desks that we wanted for a good price, but the quality does not seem as good.

You would receive a 5, but the product was hard to put together!!!!!
