Response time
I researched before ordering because we are tax exempt and needed to make sure we were not taxed, so I submitted a copy to the email provided. Then I don't hear from anyone................. So after a couple of weeks, I finally went back on the site and this time used the chat - and they were helpful in showing me that all I do is submit the form when I go and check out. So the process was smooth, just would have been good to know a couple of weeks ago.
