We're so sorry that your bookcase was damaged in transit and that you do not have time to await a replacement. Your order was refunded in full so that you can make other arrangements. Have a successful school year!
I paid extra for inside delivery but had to put it in myself.

Inside delivery includes liftgate service and limited threshold delivery. The freight driver will lower your shipment to ground level and bring the complete shipment inside the first set of doors to your building. They will not assemble or install furniture. If you feel you did not receive the service you should have, please contact [email protected] for a refund. Thank you for your business!
The table keeps getting delayed. It’s been almost two months PAST the expected delivery date. I’m not getting honest answers- the reason for the delay keeps changing. I need this table asap.

We're sorry that your order was delayed. Our team works hard to follow up and provide you with the information that we receive from the factories. The factories are working at full capacity this time of year as schools across the country are gearing up for Back-to-School. Good news though, our customer service team is sending tracking information that your order has finally shipped! Thank you for your business!
Too much shipping costs more than the item. Matt

We're sorry that were not happy with your purchase. Freight can be an expensive and complex part of ordering furniture. Anytime you receive a freight rate online that concerns you, please contact us before ordering to have our experienced team discuss cost saving options. We would have likely suggested ordering a comparable table from another manufacturer that is in your region and would have potentially cost less to ship. We hope you'll give our team another chance to be of service to you!
Product is terrible, and if you’re going to badger me for a review this is what you get.
