Contact us before ordering next time and we can look for alternative options that might ship from a closer location to you. We don't hide freight costs in the product cost, so they are actual rates provided by top national freight carriers. Thank you for your business!
I placed my order over month ago. No communication. Order has not been received. Worthington blamed the manufacturer for the issue and no resolution has been found. Money has not been refunded and they have not reached out on their own once.

We're sorry that you experienced an issue during delivery of your order. We were not aware that there was any issue or we would have found a solution sooner. A Worthington Direct customer service team will contact you this morning to determine what happened to your shipment and find a solution.
They were able to provide with the date that it would arrive. It was delayed and they notified me with the update so I could tell my warehouse manager.

Website offers a wide array of products and is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Good, clear product descriptions and pictures. I had a shipping question which was very helpfully and pleasantly handled by Alecia via phone. This was a great purchasing experience. Well done, Worthington.

Jay Bueno is a stellar employee! He is a great source for information. He is a Rapid Responder. He steps in quickly to handle any detail or challenges. Jay is always professional and prompt. It is truly a blessing to have excellent employees. I commend him and Worthington for hiring this quality of worker.

For the cost, this is a very well-made table. Easy to assemble and quite sturdy.
