Ana - the last mile delivery company in your area is who delivers your sauna - they are not our choice and the hours that freight companies will work obviously depends on the company and locale. We offer free shipping, which is curbside delivery. We shipped the sauna from a warehouse in southern California to your driveway in Florida, for free. The free shipping does not include moving the product from your driveway inside your house, nor is that a common practice. Your sauna has not been delivered yet and you threatened our customer service with leaving a bad review because the local delivery company won't drop your sauna off inside your house. I do not think that is fair and do not think it accurately reflects our business or our customer service. We are more than happy to cancel your order and give you a full refund if you would like. Because your sauna hasn't been delivered we will just instruct the freight company to cancel that delivery and bring it back to us. Please give us a call to discuss. - Wes, Owner

Lindsey - Unfortunately occasionally saunas are damaged during shipping. You emailed me on March 30th with pictures of the damage. I responded the same day and we forwarded the pictures to our supplier to send you replacement parts free of charge. It took a few days to confirm which pieces needed to be sent out, and we needed to confirm that with you prior to shipping. I'm sorry it has taken longer to now get those pieces sent out, but we have absolutely been working on it. I will give you a call tomorrow to discuss. - Wes, Owner
