I had a very disappointing experience with IRH Institute’s self-study course. The program is marketed as a comprehensive learning option, but the material provided is simply not sufficient to properly understand or confidently apply the subject. The content feels incomplete, with limited explanations and not enough practical depth for someone studying independently. A true self-study course should be designed in a way that allows the learner to fully grasp the concepts without needing additional paid upgrades. Unfortunately, this course does not meet that standard. It seems structured in a way that pushes students toward more expensive cohort options in order to actually gain clarity and competence. For a professional field that requires precision and confidence, this approach is disappointing and financially frustrating. I would strongly advise potential students to carefully evaluate whether the self-study option truly provides the depth and support they expect before enrolling.

Emily is amazing. She is so skilled at massage and at listening to what your needs are. I am never sore after or uncomfortable during the session. She is so knowledgeable, professional and kind. I have recommended her to everyone I know! -Valerie. Boise,Idaho

I highly recommend Restorative Health and Wellness for prenatal massage, movement and alignment during pregnancy, preparing for labor, and postpartum self-care. Emily helped me stay comfortable as my body grew and changed during my twin pregnancy. She was a huge help as my center of gravity changed and I started having low back pain. She gave me lots of movement tips to keep proper alignment and reduce pain. Her tips always met me where I was without judgement. She also showed me and my husband labor comfort measures and movements to help facilitate labor in different stages. It made a huge difference in my labor experience! Even in postpartum, Emily continues to help me figure out ways to find healthy breastfeeding positions (not easy when you're feeding 2 at once!) and inspires me to find new ways to move well and with ease. Emily also has an amazing array of helpful books and resources that she is happy to lend out. Her books range from moving well during pregnancy, tongue ties, nutrition, and proper breathing techniques. I've learned so much from the books she's lent me. I look forward to every massage with Emily. The massage itself is always focused on my needs but I also look forward to what I will learn from her. Also, Emily uses coconut oil for massage, which makes my skin so happy!

I have had the privilege of seeing Emily, a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, for the past 4 years. I have Lupus, and with it comes chronic pain. When I arrive for an appointment, Emily asks what areas are bothering me, she listens to my concerns, and she knows just how to take care of the pain. Emily brings much relief to my low, mid, and upper back, my neck, as well as other painful areas. I see Emily 2 times a month and I don't know what I would do without her help. I highly recommend Emily for your Medical Massage needs! Barbara

Emily’s massage and instruction has been life changing for me. I first saw her in 2017, and I have been seeing her monthly ever since. I recently moved to another state, and I still make it a point to go back to Boise and see Emily as much as possible. Not only is her massage the best I’ve ever found, but her knowledge of the body is endless. Between her tips and movement classes, I’ve found a way to manage and treat my chronic pain. I can’t recommend her enough!

Emily has prolonged my career as a dental hygienist by keeping my upper body in good working order. My work is very repetitious and static. I am looking down all day, so my neck gets very beat up. I have a tendency to get tennis and golfers elbow from the repetitiveness of my work and Emily is the only therapist I've found that is able to keep it at bay. Also my neck and shoulders get very tight from sitting in a static position all day. I appreciate the education/tips she gives me on how to work with my body positions to prevent further injury while I'm working. I'm very grateful for her expertise over all these years.

I’ve been working with Emily for over two years. Prior to that, I was in near constant pain from migraines. My neurologist suggested massage to augment the Pharmaceuticals she was prescribing. After my first couple sessions, my pain had lessened and the frequency started diminishing. Emily’s technique is something I’d never experienced with other therapists. She has a lot of knowledge with how our bodies different processes work together and can often pinpoint where in my body I’m experiencing issues almost as soon as I walk in her office. I’ve been seeing Emily bi-weekly for quite a while and am so happy I found her! I appreciate her flexibility with scheduling and her willingness to provide additional sessions if needed.

Emily is fantastic! I have TMJ issues and she is super knowledgeable when it comes to helping me with those. She gets all the right muscles and I can actually feel her working them out. Love the results.
