Thanks, Sonny!
The unit I bought was easy to assemble and very well constructed. Every part fit precisely as it should with great attention to detail in manufacture. Even the driver/delivery guy was professional and delivered unit into my garage for me (not just dropped off at the curb….which would have been a disaster). After assembly, I had a couple of technical questions for which I received timely and informative responses. Definitely a five star rating.

The sauna was as promised It took longer to unpack it, and throw the packing material away than it did to put it together. Instructions were pretty good. I have use the sauna every day and it meets or exceeds all my expectations. Thank you, Sun Valley saunas

Slow in getting back with information, no shipping tracking number, did not know it only stays on for one hour

Hi Jay - I'm sorry we were slow getting information to you. When you requested information about the heater you ordered we referred you to the manufacturer's tech support. Also, we aren't open on the weekends and replied to your messages on Monday mornings after we received them. Mostly all sauna heaters have a one hour timer. This is a safety precaution. We sent you tracking information when your order shipped out. It shipped through a freight company and I am the first to admit that the tracking with most freight companies is not as robust as you get with small parcel. I sincerely apologize for that and it's something we are working on addressing. I hope you otherwise enjoy your sauna! Wes
