I’m not sure if my sauna is broke or chipped the delivery service people where not so pleasant refused to help me bring it to the door only curbside Wasn’t pleased with the service of them

Received some cracked/ dented parts. Per the seller's email, I had to contact both the manufacturer and seller several times. Eventually, I got a partial refund w/o return (look like mfg. gave $200 credit to seller, and seller refunded the same amount), but it was not a fully satisfied experience. Since there were not that many options to be considered, I had to take $200 for those parts matters w/o return (how could I return this huge / heavy sauna back btw?). However, as a cusomter perspective, it is still uncomfortable to use the sauna daily basis which is not perfectly sealed the interior. Finally, I purchased the sauna as a part of personal medical purpose for the first time, which I expected a lot for years, not this wrong parts and a bit of remedy.

Had a great experience purchasing a sauna from Sun Valley Saunas. Wes made it easy and was responsive throughout the process and even helped us find someone to put the sauna together once it arrived. We bought the Moonlight 5 Enlighten sauna. We like to entertain a lot and everyone loves hopping in the sauna for 15-20 minutes. Holds 4-5 people pretty well. Boom!

Purchasing a sauna through Sun Valley Saunas has been a wonderful experience. They were quick to ship the order within a couple of days after receiving it. The model I purchased was a Maxxus MX-K206-01 2 person sauna. The sauna arrived neatly on a pallet, unboxing and carrying each piece of the sauna into my home took approximately 30 minutes and an additional 30 minutes to assemble. I've had the sauna for close to three weeks now and I use it daily. It takes roughly 30 to 40 minutes to bring the sauna up to temperature. I did notice a 1/8 of an inch gap between the glass door and and the door jam (the side with the hinges) that was letting cool air inside the sauna I bought a piece of clear weather strip at the local hardware store to close this gap. The Bluetooth radio is awesome to jam out too, or as I also like to listen to True Crime Podcasts while I'm sweating it out. I also appreciate the 60 minute built in safety timer that shuts the sauna off in the event that I could accidentally pass out in it as I often use the sauna alone. I would strongly suggest this sauna to anyone looking to purchase one. Thanks again Sun Valley Saunas.
