The Sauna is very nice and works well. Need to improve the instructions that come with it.

Delivery took way longer than expected. The website states 5-6 weeks for delivery. I am 12 weeks from purchase and still waiting on the heater. The sauna seems to be good material and sauna kit was fairly easy to put together. I look forward to using it. After using the sauna a few times it works great so I will add two more stars.

Ordered the 2-person corner unit sauna. Quick shipping and everything came undamaged. Installation was easy, however, it would be nice if the panels were labeled with either a number or a letter which coincided with the picture in the instructions. So far, the only issue we are having is we are unable to connect to the Bluetooth stereo system.

Good infra red sauna. My only complaint is that there should be a volume control inside the sauna - to adjust the volume, I must go outside and adjust it on my ipad.

The overall ordering process was straight forward with good pricing. Shipping took longer than promised and when unit arrived the control panel had been damaged during shipping. The replacment parts were covered under warrenty with no additional cost other than an additional delay in being able to use sauna. Overall very happy with unit.

I use my sauna 3-4 times a week. I kove the features! I'm giving 4 out of 5 for two reasons: 1. The Bluetooth works great, but there' sno volume control on the unit. So if I have it to loud, I have to step out to adjust. 2. I didn't receive an email when it was shipped or provided a tracking number. They attempted to deliver on a day we were out of town and we had to reschedule with delivery company. It was very easy for 2 of us to assemble in about an hour

Love this it’s great now would recommend it
