Love our new sauna, the ordering process was simple and straightforward with communication happening as needed. Shipping took a couple of weeks but was sent via freight so understandable. Sauna was packed well and very easy to assemble with two people.

We love our sauna! But the expected delivery date was a couple weeks later than anticipated which was a little disappointing. Otherwise we are very pleased with it.

The shipping process was a challenging but it did finally happen. The assembly was about as easy as you can get. It is beautiful on the inside and all 4 sides but the top looks unfinished and it’s right by my stairway and in view. Unfortunately I’m going to need to do something to improve that. That being said I have been loving taking my saunas and using the chromotherapy lighting.

Happy to hear you're enjoying your sauna. The top of the sauna isn't really intended to be seen, but I'm sorry for that. Let us know if there's anything we can do to help on that front.
The craftsmanship and construction of the pieces was great, and everything was very easily identifiable and labeled well. The instructions for putting it together were clear and concise. The sauna is high quality and a wonderful addition to our home.
