The sauna is fine. It shipped much later than I expected which also would have been fine if I had just gotten any kind of communication. I waited 3 weeks before simply and kindly asking for an update on shipping. No response. Waited another week and asked again. No response.

Sauna arrived timely, just as described. Was early to put together and have been enjoying it.

We had an excellent experience with Sun Valley Saunas purchasing Maxxus Seattle Two Person Sauna. Ordering was simple and we were contacted to schedule delivery. The boxes are extremely heavy and require two people to unbox and move, but the install process was simple and sauna was fairly quick and easy to assemble. We love our sauna. It is well made and we are happy with the purchase.

The service was great from my first call to them. The lady on the phone was great very helpful. I have had my sauna for over 30 days now and it works as promised. Easy to install. I am 71 and did it by myself except for the glass door it took two people to carry it. It heets up as advertised. I would highly recommend this company for all your sauna needs.

Sauna was delivered very well packaged and did not have anything damaged or missing! (Was very pleased after receiving one from Amazon with all the glass broken!) Product was as described, very good quality, easy to assemble and has worked flawlessly for a month now. The whole family is enjoying the benefits it’s providing! Would highly recommend! Shipping took a little longer than expected, but was reassured when I called to follow up and a real human from the US answered my call!!! Kudos Sun Valley!!
