Small Pet SelectReviews of smallpetselect.com

My buns love all the products they receive; from 2nd cutting hay to all the treats we give them. They love the Healthy Snackers, the dried fruit and the forage trays. Their all time favorite is Goji Berries. They will run around and telescope waiting for me to hand feed them. Also, this is the. most amazing customer service of any company I have worked with. One time my hay was not up to their usual standards and when I contacted them, they immediately sent me a replacement. All of their products are of the highest quality. I tell all my animal friends about this company

I really like this company’s high quality products. I have been a customer for over a year, and only needed customer service once, since their products are such high quality. The one time I did need their help, they were quick to fix the issue. I feel very valued as a customer!

These folk really love small pets - rabbits and guinea pigs. The hay they sell smells so good! Almost tempted to try some myself! The hay comes in various sizes - we buy a box 10kg box which keeps our 2 piggies going for 6-8 weeks. When you open the box it's like having a sunny day in the country suddenly land indoors. The hay is so fresh, long strands - it's not chopped up like so many other brands. Our piggies absolutely love it!!

Always great when companies take the time to respond to emails. Love that Small Pet Select strives to be eco friendly, I very much appreciate that, thank you!

Always great customer service and high quality products that my piggies love. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Small Pet Select! We have tried so many different brands over the years, and nothing compares to the quality and consistency of their products. From the hay to the treats and healthy salad bowls, everything is always fresh, fragrant, and clearly high quality. My animals absolutely love it! Shipping is incredibly fast which is a lifesaver when you’re down to the last handful of hay and everything arrives packaged with care. But what truly sets Small Pet Select apart is their customer service. They are responsive, kind, and genuinely care about both pets and their owners. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both amazing products and amazing support, but they do. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign, your small pets deserve the best!

Customer service was great. They responded promptly and with cute funny messages. They sent a replacement order very quickly.

Bought a hair buster comb. USPS for some reason returned to sender, but the company was quick to ship me a replacement! Will look into buying their hays for my rabbit.
