Customer service with a live person

Been a customer for over 8 years. Always love your service and products, so does my pets. Just recently I’ve come to realize that for the hay box, I wish the hay were cut out in smaller sizes for convenience of pulling it out of the box. Other than that, I’m very pleased. Thank you :)

We’ve been using Small Pet Select for years for convenient, well priced bulk animal care items. Managing auto orders by text message is convenient. The website is tricky because you have to sign in again to manage subscription orders.

Good quality products that they stand by. If something isn’t right with your order they quickly resolve the issue.

My Guinea pigs love it

This arrived super quick which I appreciate. I do like that because it’s in a box already it reduced waste to ship in another box but it would be helpful to have a plastic bag around it at least to help prevent from getting so dirty in shipping.

The delivery took 8 days

It is nice and soft, piggies like it but it's a little brown in some places, so im just giving 4 stars
