Not only was customer service excellent when there was a confusion with shipping but the over all experience was wonderful! The hay was produced wonderfully and came in excellent condition! They also sent my pet a plaque with his name on it for it being our first time ordering. We appreciated that so much and will be ordering our products from Small Pet Select exclusively!

I have been using SPS for several years now and the few times I've been in contact with customer service, it's been great. The issue has been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. SPS shows that they really do care about their customers!

I have three rabbit children, and we've been shopping with you for over a year now and absolutely love the quality! Small Pet Select hay is the best that's out there and we wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you so much!!! Love, Luna, Tiger Lily, Peter, and me!
