This company changed their hand packed loosely boxed hay to a densely compacted dusty brick of baled horse hay. So disappointing! They advertise "hand packaged. No machines used." What is a baler if it's not a machine? My rabbit won't touch it.

I explained to the AI but was never out through to a person. Im having issues with the new subscription log in. I cant log in without a code and there is a ling delay between me receiving the email with the code and when I try to log in with it it expires. Very very frustrating. Makes it very difficult to manage my subscription.

We appreciate your feedback, and I understand how disappointing it is when something that used to be simple becomes difficult, especially when you're trying to manage your pet's Autoship deliveries. I reviewed your conversation with our customer service team and wanted to clarify a few things that may help. You were connected with a live member of our customer service team during your chat, although I understand that wasn't clear. We also followed up by email with additional information, but I'm not sure whether you had a chance to see that message. With our recent transition to Loop, our new Autoship subscription platform, there's an important change affecting our Small Pet Select mobile app. Customers can still shop and purchase Autoship products through the app, but Loop's magic link login process isn't currently supported within it. Unfortunately, this means subscriptions can no longer be managed through the mobile app as they were previously. Second delivery in a row that had one 10 pound box of hay 50 percent brown, dead, bad smelling hay that had both my pigs and I sneezing from themold/dust. The pigs would not eat the hay. This has been going on longer than two shipments. No refunds, no knowing ahead of time that the shipment. Refunded me one box earlier this year but said they won't do any more. I cannot afford to pay for unusable hay. I am canceling my monthly subscription that is between 50-75 dollars. I just spent 30 dollars at a chain pet store for hay that was in better condition.

My order was incorrect. I ordered 1st cut Timothy hay but received a box that said 2nd cut Timothy hay. My rabbit has specific needs and a diet that needs to be met. Receiving the correct order is critical for his well being.

I didn't receive my package yet. It has passed 7 days, what happened???

It shipped via USPS from our Kentucky warehouse, and USPS has reported processing delays at one of their distribution centers, with normal operations expected to resume by the 20th. That's the likely cause of the extra time here. The good news is that tracking now shows your order out for delivery, so it should reach you very soon. No one has responded to my return request due to toxic ingredients & I am reporting you to the state for fraud.

Hi Jamie, Thank you for following up. Our records show that I personally responded to your return request via email on September 4 at 3:18 PM. That response addressed your concerns regarding Pestavert and included a prepaid UPS return label for all three products. We also waived the return shipping fee as a courtesy and confirmed that the $55.07 purchase will be refunded once the unused products are returned. At this time, we have not received the return. The prepaid label remains available in our September 4 email. Please let us know once the package has been dropped off with UPS so we can monitor its return and process the refund once received.
