Hi Ellen, Thank you for sharing your feedback! I checked our records and found an order placed on September 27 for our Small Pet Select Peck 'N Play Hanging Treat, which USPS tracking shows was delivered on October 1. I also noticed you mentioned a dog in your review, but the product ordered is designed for chickens, so I want to make sure we're looking at the correct order. We haven't received a message from you about a missing delivery, and we'd be happy to help! If you're still waiting for your package or referring to a different order, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details so we can look into it. We appreciate the opportunity to help clear this up! The Small Pet Select Team

Hi Szon, Thank you for recognizing our Customer Service team and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback with us. We know how concerning it is when your bunny refuses the hay he normally enjoys, especially when hay is such an important part of his daily diet. Although your original 2nd Cutting Timothy Hay was purchased through Chewy, we appreciated the opportunity to help and sent a replacement directly from Small Pet Select. We’re disappointed to hear that the replacement had the same characteristics and that your bunny still wouldn’t eat it. Hay is a natural agricultural product and some variation between harvests is to be expected, but we understand your concern after experiencing the same issue with both boxes. We’ve also seen the photos you provided and appreciate the comparison you shared with hay your bunny previously enjoyed. Your feedback about the change you’ve noticed in our 2nd Cutting Timothy Hay is important, and we’re sharing your experience with our Quality team. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. Small Pet Select Care Team

Hi Bill, We’re happy to hear you’re pleased with the quality of the new Oat Hay harvest! Our orders can ship from any of our warehouse locations based on inventory and availability. Since this order was for our new 2026 Oat Hay harvest that you requested and our Arizona warehouse had not received its inventory yet, your order was fulfilled from our Kentucky location. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and hope your little ones are enjoying the fresh Oat Hay! 💚 Small Pet Select
