Customer support was very quick to solve my issue. They responded to my email really quick and got everything handled fast. Definitely will be a return orderer.

Everything about the company is amazing! They fix any issues with ease. I’ve been a customer for 6 years and continue to be. Customer service is top notch. Replies are next day and the Product is awesome. I also get the Bunny box once a month.

Fast service on the donation request. I am still waiting to see if Small Pet Select will able to donate. We are putting together a Spoil Your Pet Package for the St Catherine of Siena Academy Online Auction.

Such a good company with great products for rabbits. The hay is great quality and my bunny has loved all the products we’ve gotten from them. Their customer service is also truly impeccable. I highly recommend this company for your small pets needs.

Anasha was extremely kind and thoughtful and reflected that with her promptness and world class customer service when I had emailed them about a small order mixup
