Piggy box is the best subscription box. My guinea pigs love everything in each box! Each box has 5 -7 items mostly 7 which is awesome! The best priced subscription box. I repurpose each box by turning them into dig box full of Timothy hay toys, forage mix, and pellets for my foster bunny.

I've supported Small Pet Select for several years. They have a fantastic selection of supplies and treats for guinea pigs, and their app makes ordering very smooth. Shipping is fast too! Recently, my regular delivery of hay didn't quite meet the quality I was used to and my guinea girls weren't enjoying it so much. When I contacted SPS to let them know, they were incredibly quick to respond (within hours) and sent a replacement which arrived within 2 days. This is why I support small independent business! They responded in a personalized, caring, and authentically human way, and really showed their love of what they do. I will always recommend Small Pet Select!

Customer service turnaround was great. I was offered a free product when I purchased 2 large bags of bedding which makes me want to order more. It showed appreciation for my business and I like feeling valued in a company where I am investing my money for my small pets. I cant wait to use the bedding that I purchased for my hamsters.

I’ve placed several orders with small pet select and I’ve received them very quickly. In this instance there was a miss ship where I received something incorrectly. I reached out and immediately was sent what I ordered. I plan to donate the ship to my local ship shelter, but I feel this was handled quickly and it is obvious that small pet cares about their customers.

Small pet select is a great company that truly cares about their customers and also their pets. I had a small hiccup with my order and they fixed it pretty quickly and made me feel like a valued customer! They get my seal of approval and a customer for life!
