I ordered from them for the first time...bunny treats for my 2 buns. The treat balls, play/chew rings and the seagrass toy were all a big hit with the buns. The communication is awesome, and the shipping cost and speed with which my order arrived is to be commended. I will definitely order from them again (and again and again). Great products, great prices and great service for the win.

I've been purchasing hay for my Chinchillas from Small Pet Select for the last 7 years! They have been AMAZING! The customer service is top notch and the product is always the BEST. My Chinchillas are pretty particular about their hay and they LOVE it!

I ordered from here for the first time after seeing an advert on social media. I received within a couple of days. My bunnies are enjoying their special treats. Thankyou

I made a purchase through Amazon and an incorrect item was sent. That platform was unhelpful in getting a replacement for what I ordered, so I went directly to Small Pet Select to ask for help. Becky was so quick to respond to my query and was able to send out the correct product to me on the very same day! She was so friendly and helpful and I totally adore all the small animal-related puns in her emails :) I am a longtime customer of Small Pet Select. They consistently provide high-quality products for my bunnies, who happily eat the hay and forage and use the litter options without concern. The subscription service is so helpful in keeping up with my rabbits' needs. Highly recommend!

This is the best hay we've ever found for our bunny and guinea pigs. Our elderly bunny never had a taste for hay, and it was always a real challenge to avoid GI stasis and get him to eat enough hay until we switched to small pet select.

I ordered the 10 lb flaked oyster shell and paid about $31 with shipping. I only received 5 lb. I never received an order confirmation or order number. I tried calling (busy signal) and emailing, but the email bounced back. The first email I received from the company was a request to leave a review. I opened a partial dispute with my credit card for the missing items. Disappointing experience.

Response from Small Pet Select· Feb 11, 2026
Hi Biljana, Thank you for taking the time to share this. I’m sorry this has felt like such a disappointing experience. I was able to locate your order using the details from your review. We replied to your email on February 5 at 8:04 AM with the following message: “Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I apologize that you did not receive the tracking info and were sent the wrong size. Your order had to be fulfilled by our other warehouse due to an out-of-stock item at your usual warehouse so the original tracking number was canceled and a new one was generated by the issuing warehouse. Would you be so kind as to send us a photo of the item you received? Our quality assurance team would greatly appreciate it. Rest easy knowing that I'll make sure that the replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible I look fur-ward to your response so we can quickly send out your replacement..” At this time, we have not received a response to that request, and we do not have any record of missed calls or additional emails from you. We also sent a shipment confirmation on January 30, 2026 at 11:40 AM EST with the subject line “Confirmed Shipment.” If you did not see it, it may have landed in a spam or promotions folder. We’re ready to resolve the missing 5 lbs right away. I will resend our original response to your email on file. Please check your email provider's security filters or whitelist our email, so it reaches you 🤞🏻 Please feel free to reply directly to our support email [email protected] so we can take care of this for you and your flock. Carrie at Small Pet Select was so responsive when I emailed this morning to make a change to my auto ship order. Also, the hay is the freshest and best you’ll find anywhere!
