Everytime there has been an "improvement," there tends to be something that is removed that you were using; especially in reports. There have been multiple occasions where after receiving the product, the quantity has not been added to the product. It is hard to keep an accurate inventory. You were forced to use their credit card system. Multiple occasions where the system quits working and the credit card terminals have to be rebooted.

We love the RAIN POS system. We've mastered it to the point that it will do everything we need it to do for us. My only reason for not giving it five stars: I only wish that suggestions for improvements or feature updates that we request would get implemented without others having to ask for the same feature before it is even considered or addressed. Also, we had two issues serious enough to get sent up the chain for "developers" to look at, and it took months for the issues to get resolved. In one case, it should have been addressed within hours or no longer than a day at most (our online store was applying discounts where it shouldn't have.) It was over a month before we heard anything. Your support team is a strong point for your brand. Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They represent you well.

Straight up lied to get me to sign up. Lack of expertise. There is no continuity of support- call 5 times for the same reason and get 5 different people who have to start from scratch on the problem. Unable to get basic info on my inventory and don't even get me started on how much $ i have lost on my website since we switched. It is rare that anything gets resolved within a weeks time. Nightmare from migration forward.

The POS system did not do what we wanted it to do even though they claimed it would! Then when we asked for a refund it was a big NO. If there were - stars it would be a -10 score!! We are still waiting on an explanation on the situation from January this year. The word CROOK'S come to mind.

Support response time is wayyy too long. Also, they cant get anything done for you (me). There are inconsistencies in the reports, reports are poorly thought out and constructed. Screens are poorly laid out. There is a theme, the user can find the info, or do whatever, but its going to require two screens and three reports. Also, feedback goes nowhere

Great overall POS system. I can't imagine running my business without it. A couple snags here and there, but they are willing to find solutions
