Exceptional Support That Goes Far Beyond Answering Questions
I've been working on a technically complex project using Course Creator 360, and I cannot say enough about the quality of support I've received, particularly from Ray. I have inundated Ray with emails over the last month, and what has impressed me most isn't simply that my questions get answered. It's the depth, patience, and genuine care that go into those answers. My project involves technical integrations, authentication, data security, and functionality that extends well beyond a typical course platform setup. I've had plenty of questions, including some that required digging deeper into what the platform can do, what its limitations are, and how to approach things responsibly. Ray has consistently taken the time to understand what I'm trying to accomplish, explain technical concepts in ways I can actually understand, and help me make informed decisions. Ray's also been straightforward about limitations rather than simply telling me what I want to hear, and that honesty has been incredibly valuable. As someone building something ambitious without a traditional software development background, having access to support that is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed makes an enormous difference. Great customer support doesn't just solve problems. It gives customers the confidence and understanding to keep moving forward. Ray has done exactly that, and I'm genuinely grateful. Thank you, Ray, and thank you, Course Creator 360!
