My wife and I owned and rented a 2nd home for 15 years before we decided it’s too much hassle. We found ourselves spending more time repairing, cleaning, and restocking instead of enjoying our home. When I came across the Pacaso listing for the share we ultimately purchased, I thought it was too good to be true. After going through the sales and purchase process I could only think how Pacaso is the next disruptor in real estate. Sorta like your first ride share experience when you get out and think, “wow, this is a game changer!” Since purchasing our share early 2022, Pacaso has been everything we were hoping and more. Beautiful home (check), lower ownership costs (check), red carpet treatment (check), and no tools required! Thanks, Pacaso!

My experience to date with Pacaso has been top notch. Their communication has been great. They have a real eye for detail and for making interactions with them special. It feels like a very personal connection!

As a Pacaso homeowner, the experience has been fantastic. Purchase experience is seamless, and with their financing option, was totally hassle free. I’ve owned for nearly two years and we’ve always been pleased with our ability to get access the the house, as well as the condition of the property when we arrive. All in all, it’s been a very positive experience. Would highly recommend it!

Overall, I would rate the buying experience as Very Good - just a slight notch below excellent. I have not stayed at the property yet, so I can't comment on full owner experience at this time. I thought that the primary interfaces (sales agent, home manager, finance lead) were very professional, straight forward, and responsive. I had a buyer's agent and attorney working with me on the deal, and all three of us felt the Pacaso team was great to work with. There was one area where I felt there could be some space for improvement. Although the team seemed to be well intentioned, I thought it was a little more challenging to get property details / financials during Due Diligence period than it could be. I would've expected that some of the questions (e.g., balance sheet, details on the budget assumptions, documented list of property improvements made by Pacaso) would have already been prepared and packaged for buyer visibility. It seemed that some of this material was only pulled together and available because I asked for it. They were NOT being secretive, it just took a bit to get the info and it wasn't always packaged in easy to digest formats. I'd just be surprised if these are not common info requests from buyers. Overall, I am very pleased and look forward to staying at the property. From what I can tell, the app and booking technology / process seems to be efficient and fair.

Pacaso staff were all friendly, transparent and accommodating. A special touch was helping us by providing a portable crib and being willing to set up gates before our visit to keep our grandchild from falling.

Property exceeded my expectations and the service was outstanding.

Our "onboarding" session and actual onsite house orientation was very informative and thorough, and all the staff were very friendly, supportive, and happy to answer all our questions.
