We purchased a share back in November 2020 up in St Helena and have had a wonderful experience. My wife and I love the model along with the support they provide in making it possible to own a fraction of a second home. The app is the secret sauce to making this type of co ownership possible since we all get a fair shot at reserving our allotted time including holidays. Our assigned manager is always responsive to any requests/needs to make our home better and we’ve never had a bad experience any time we’ve stayed up in the Napa/St Helena Area. Would highly recommend if you find the right home for you. I don’t see myself ever selling

Hi All, One point of feedback. I checked out at approximately 11:30am today. I tried locking the door with the code given in the check out email. It didn't work. The code that worked was the one given at check IN. I venture to guess that the check OUT code won't work until after 12pm, which is check out time. You should probably look into that.

Every stay at our Pacaso home has been a joy. It’s so great to arrive and have everything in place for a worry free vacation. The yard and pool are impeccably maintained and the interior is spotless. As someone who enjoys cooking and baking, it’s fantastic to have all the essentials to make a great dinner or bake cookies. Our Pacaso contact has always been quick to reply to any questions we have and update us on anything new. We are very happy!

Love everything so far. Only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that we still don't have our patio furniture.

We purchased our share of our Pacaso home in Palm Springs in late spring this year. We’ve already had several weeks in our second home and have loved every minute of it. Our home has provided very comfortable and beautiful space to share with our family and friends. Our Pacaso home and the support behind it has exceeded our expectations.
