When talking to Tony recently, he provided a very detailed and greatly informative look into how a bid is put together for a seller's home. It is not so much about making the highest bid possible but making sure to meet the needs of the seller and the buyer.

Such a great process we had with Ohio Cash Buyers. Tony and Heather were great, always answering questions and staying on top of communication. Highly recommend them!

As soon as I started talking to Tony he went to the top of my list of people I was considering selling to! He was so personable and shared my personality. Other buyers would say they could MAYBE hit a certain number and Tony came in well over that “maybe”. And even though we ended up hitting a bump that caused the final sale price to be dropped we still ended up coming out above the “maybe” price of other buyers. Every person I dealt with from Tony and Bryan to Heather to the team at Priority Title (Stephanie) were friendly and helpful. My sister even had good things to say about the inspector that she met with. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Selling my property to Ohio Cash Buyers turned out to be far smoother than I expected ,their team communicated clearly, gave a fair offer, and closed in a timeframe that actually worked for me. They guided me through each step, were attentive to my questions, and handled everything professionally. If you’re looking for a quick, as-is sale without the usual realtor headaches, this is a service I’d recommend.

We had a good experience with Ohio Cash buyers. They made everything easy and worked with us even though we don't live close. They worked with our preferred timeline, and worked with us quickly, letting us choose our own closing date. We were happy with their cash offer and we really appreciate how convenient they made everything for us.
