Ask Local representatives were especially helpful in finding me the best interest rates in the chaotic environment of mortgages. They took a personal and sincere interest in meeting my needs and goals, and simplified the loan process to help me find my dream home. Really grateful to have the opportunity to work with them!

Tim Sprangler made my experience with buying a home one of the Best feelings that I have ever felt he took my information and it seemed so instant.... I got my approval letter and started my search for my forever Home. Which was the hardest part of the process other than waiting on those words clear to close! Thank you Tim & Jessica you made so easy!

When another lender hesitated, Tim Spangler got the job done! Tim would always take the time to explain the process and answer any/all questions that my daughter or myself had. Things have changed so much since I purchased my home 32 years ago. Tim would explain everything in terms that I could understand. His knowledge and integrity are second to none. I'm so grateful to have worked with Tim and I highly recommend him to any potential home buyers.

Tim Spangler is a great guy to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone for a mortgage transaction! Tim was thorough in explaining the process to me, kept me informed throughout, and got the deal done for me despite some rather difficult circumstances. I'll absolutely be calling Tim again if I need to refi or purchase another property. He's easily the best mortgage originator I've worked with.

Tim did a great job communicating with us and getting us a rate much lower than the national average. I would recommend Tim and his team.

Applying for a mortgage can be daunting. I needed non-conforming financing because of the way that I am paid and while other brokers clearly did not want to put the effort into finding me a lender, Tim Spangler and Brad Binder did not hesitate to take on the task. They had to overcome several obstacles and jump through every hoop imaginable but they stuck to it and got me approved and clear-to-close in under 30 days. I have already started the process with them to purchase another property. Ask Local Mortgage is the only mortgage broker you should use.
