So far the 1:1 coaching program has been a great experience! My coach Derrick has been really helpful and the recorded videos are well organized / straight to the point (no fluff). Overall, I think this is the best online course / coaching program that I’ve been part of. Well done guys! Look forward to getting my first deal - I’m on my way!

This process works, plain and simple. If you follow the modules, and put in the work, you will be successful. You have to work for the money, just like any job…except this can pay an incredible amount of money. At first you are super excited to make $10k a month, but then you realize that there a lot more on the table up for grabs. Making $30k+ a month in this business is definitely realistic. Those who hit the ground running, and put in the work will be extremely successful.

The program has been great so far. Support teams respond quickly when something hasn't been updated. The course is robust, but they offer additional specialized topics to make the education more comprehensive. They also offer a number of 3rd party companies for supplemental services, so you don't have to research a bunch to find one.

I can't say enough great things about the Land Investing Online course. This program is a total game-changer for anyone looking to break into the land investing space or scale their existing business. The content is incredibly well-structured and easy to follow, even for beginners. What I loved most was how actionable everything was. It’s not just theory; the course provides step-by-step strategies, practical tools, and real-world examples that you can start implementing immediately. Ron, Dan, and the instructors are not only knowledgeable and genuinely invested in their students' success ... but they are Land Investors, too! The community and support that come with the course are unmatched. The Deal Reviews, Q&A sessions and group discussions added so much value. If you're serious about land investing, this course is worth every penny! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
