The seal around the shower has turned yellow the leg shaving shelf is not secure.

The noise level has gotten louder. It’s making a squealing noise when I come upstairs. So I know it’s loud because I can hear it and I am hard of hearing.

I couldn’t be more pleased if I tried with my new chair lift. I have had my unit a little over a year now and never had a problem with it. I love the fact that it doesn’t require a chain or oil for the pulley system. I’m always referring people to consider this system.

My walk-in shower was early out in andI am very satisfied with the work. The only problem I had was with the grab bars there was suppose to be two grab bars and a soap dish. They only put in one grab bar on the outside of shower door and I paid extra for the soap dish. I have to use soap dish as a grab bar as I cannot stand without something to hold on to. I would recommend them to anyone as the job was done beautifully and in record time. M y only complaint is there is no grab bar inside of shower. I am going to look into getting one.

The two people who installed my stair chair were very professional and did a great job. Explained all the paperwork to us and made us feel very comfortable about everything. The representative from the company who sold us the product too was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions so we felt very knowledgeable regarding our purchase. We are very pleased with our chair and it has made life a lot easier! Thank you!

I am very happy with my walk in shower!!!! I love all the bars to hang on to and the shower head that I detach.

Materials and workmanship were top of the line. The workers went above and beyond to complete the job to our satisfaction. The bathroom shower is now an upgrade well worth the cost.

It took a month before starting. Then the first installer put 2 different colors in, busted a huge hole on my wall and done just a god awful job! Then it took over another month before someone returned to fix what was wrong. The manager lied to me about the availability of the correct parts. For what I paid I don’t think your company is worth a damn. I will always detour anyone from having you do any work!!!
