Factory sent wrong drain hole on tub n wrong spourt. Toilet set up was off line.i reset it. Poor caulking..n made wrong hole in bedroom...slippery on tub. I scrubbed tub till non slippery.

This was the worst experience in my life. It took them over 3 months to finish a job that was supposed to take 1 day. They sent people who had zero experience to do the job. They caused water damage in the basement and ignored my calls.

i had a bathroom remodel with your company and was very pleased with the results. Your workers were considerate and efficient. They did a great job!

Do not like high pressure tactics, such as “can only offer you this price right now”. Also don’t like the fact that they Leaf Home Safety Solutions charges a 5% surcharge to use a credit card. Once we signed the contract and put down the deposit by check, we were almost harassed to get the plumbers out to do their part. I’m not sure whether or not the price was okay. The plumber is charging over $4,000 for the plumbing but that includes a pedestal sink, commode and bar sink. So over $12,000 for just the shower seems a little high. Do not call them first for an estimate. We won’t be calling them again period.

Subcontractors do not represent your company very well. I have already sent a long email outlining our experience and how we will not use your company again.

Our personal experience with Leap Home Safety Solutions was exceptional. The installation was completed in one day to our satisfaction. We have enjoyed the shower since it’s insulation. It is easy to keep clean and we couldn’t be more delighted . We would highly recommend Leaf Home Safety Solutions without hesitation. From the sales staff to the installers it was a most satisfactory purchase.

The job was a mess installed pipe in shower wall with out fastening the pipe inside wall left it that way shower head hanging , when removing old cast iron tub when grinding it in half sparks destroyed the vanity all pitted never covered it , removed insulation on exterior wall never replaced it ,removed the trap never replaced it straight pipe gurgles in kitchen when darning i had a local contractor re do the bathroom threw there junk out !

we had our tub done in April,haven't been able to use it at all.they have come and said they fixed it but it still leaks in same place.water pours in our bathroom into the subfloor and into the basement. I have been trying to reach them repeatedly for the past 4mnths and have not gotten a response. I am disabled and is why we had it installed and have never been able to use it. they take your money and then blow you off. that's the lifetime warranty you get. all we ask of the is to refund out money and put new tub in since they ruined ours. I don't think we are being unfair. I would think twice before using them. if they correct the matter I will gladly recomment and say what was done. 8months is long enough to suffer at their hands.
