I was in need of a walk in shower. Our 1950's tub was hard for use older people to get in and out of. Leaf home safety came out and gave use a real good deal on our shower . The installers were great it was done in 2 days. It looks great . Me and the wife love taking showers again. They put in a seat and grab bars we can seat down or stand up. We feel safe again.

Once I was able to get the contractor to answer the phone an let me know when they planned to installed I felt better about the purchase. The contractor who came to install got here when he said he would be here an did install in one day, I was impressed at that. The tub to shower conversion is working great so time will tell how it performs. Right now I am very pleased with the purchase. Thanks

If there was something lower than 1 star I would have used that one. The sales guy was wonderful - told me all the things you want to hear. Tongue and groove construction at corners etc. When the installer left, I had 1.5in. molding on both back corners and all around the bottom. About a week after install, the safety bar began to have rust streaks running out of both ends. My grandson took it apart and discovered it was put together with drywall screws. I did dicker and got a better price but I think it was not worth the price I paid. If Bate and switch is your thing… go for it

This was one of the worst experiences ever. First, scheduled two appointments for shower measurements. Both times, the rep was a 'no call, no show.' Repeated calls to reps went unreturned. Had to call headquarters to get a response. Sales rep promised we would have time to look over the job before final payment. Instead rep rushed us through final payment with little to no time to review the finished job. He said 'these guys need to get paid (in reference to the two people who installed the shower.) THIS IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY, BUT RATHER THE RESPONSBILLITY OF THE COMPANY TO PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES. During installation of shower, your rep just walked right into our home without knocking -- just walked right in! Wow! In addition, had to wait several weeks for the shower door. Was promised the shower door on one date and did not receive it until one month later. I requested reps not show up for shower door installation on a specific Saturday in July. Instead they showed up to install this door ON THE DAY I REQUESTED THEY NOT SHOW UP. Thank goodness my husband just happened to be home. Crew who installed shower said they were underpaid. So, this experience proves your company is all about profit, not the customer. It is grossly disorganized as proven by all these examples. Comparing the price of this shower installation with friends who have also had new showers installed also shows we grossly overpaid for this horrible experience. I will never recommend your company to anyone.

They installed a walk in tub. They did a great job. Everything works as expected.Job was done on time and on budget.

The installer was concerned about the job he was doing. A very meticulous individual that was concerned about the quality of his work. When certain parts of the job were a concern, he either knew the answers or would seek out what was the correct way to handle the install or questions that were asked. He knew what he was doing. The quality of the materials used appear to be of a high standard. My only negative comments would center around my trying to speak with the Project Manager and not having him, personally, speak with me about certain concerns. That would be the "why" behind 4 stars instead of 5. The installer(Archie) deserves a 5 star rating. Having personal communication with the Project Manager has a lot to be desired.

The only question I have is whether the chair battery will charge when the end of the track is folded up. Because of the configuration of the area on the first floor, after riding the chair down, I send it up far enough to fold the bottom end of the track so it doesn't block access to the kitchen. I am thrilled with my new shower! After tearing out my old tub and walls, with immaculate clean up, I now have an amazing walk in shower. Every grab bar is just where I asked it to be! The height of the seat is what I requested. It looks beautiful. I am so pleased with the final results. The team took great care to cover the floors of my home where they worked. Cleaned up everything. Even vacuumed. I love my walk in shower!!
