I like my tub very much except it gets my bathroom wet every where , do you have a suggestion of how I can handle this as I am afraid I will fall from all the wet floor etc. Do you suggest a shower curtain which I hate and don't think it can handle all the water coming out of the shower. Also is there another type of shower head that does not project water so far out of tub?

Sometimes I feel I did not get the best deal. Unfortunately I did not check other companies. It looks "nice" but there a few problems. One of the shelves fell off and I tried to put it back but it came off again. There is a spot where the wall was grilled to install the grab bar but it was not the right location. Also I feel it is too far back & I would like another grab bar installed vertically nearer the shower head. The shower head seems a little too high for me. It may be OK for someone taller or an adjustable one so it can be lowered. When the old tile was removed, no pieces of the edge tiles were kept. I could have used some to fill in the corners to match the rest that were left on the side. The salesman came, talked me into it and left. I tried to contact him again but no luck. It is difficult to contact your customer service re any problems. I also reported this to the Better Business Bureau.

We had the stair lift installed about a year ago and really feel it was worth the investment -- both as to quality and usefulness. It really made the difference of my wife having knee surgery. Now she has no knee pain.

I love my new shower. The entire experience was very good! My sales rep gave me a great quote and was always there when I had questions! It only took 2 days to install. Only problem was during installation, my vanity received a chip. I didn’t notice it until they were gone.

My outside stair lift never works right

I was extremely disappointed with the salesman who represented leaf guard. First of all there price was outrageous then he kept offering discounts and finally called someone and then they dropped it further. By the time they were done the price dropped in half which was still a couple of K more than I thought it would be. When the sales person finished I had asked for a written quote which I never received or never received the gift card. The bottom line is that I believe that there products is good but overpriced and there sales techniques need to be refined! Disappointed

Very nice walkin shower.

My lift broke after 6 months of use. I have contacted the company and was given a number to call. I cannot get an appointment because I work days. I am stuck with a useless piece of equipment and a big bill! Also, I have fallen down the stairs because of no support from the lift.
