Great quality no problems

My husband was losing his mobility rapidly. We live in a townhouse so the staircase was a major falling hazard and I need a safe means to get him upstairs. In one appointment I learned about the different types of stairlifts - pros and cons, the cost, maintenance and warranty. I didn't have to shop around. I could tell this was a quality product and worth it's price. The system was installed within a couple days which was amazing. My husband never walked up the stairs again. This was the best investment I made with regard to home mobility aids for him.

A job that was be completed took in 4days ,took4 months.We where not told that subcontractor where being used.The first subcontractor used three different crews .They where very unorganized had no directions.They also came without proper tools for the job. i had to call the regional manager at lease 30 times about the problem on the job.i tired several times to get corporate to call me back about the problems.NO one ever call me back! The second subcontractor was better and should have ben used in the beginning.The communications was very poor,I felt like was the foreman on the job ,instead of the customer. There was one point in the job my wife wanted what was installed totally removed and our deposit returned.This was not a cheep job money wise! The job did get finished .

Great product, great installation but customer service is lacking

The job that the installer of my walk-in shower had waiting was a challenging one. My bathroom is not at all big, thingss are pretty tight. Someone had previously installed a glass block window in the tub zone, and then someone else decided to cover it up with a white tub surround that went to the ceiling. I wanted it uncovered, and the tub removed so I can age in place more comfortably. Because of the tight space, he had a rough time getting the tub out, which led to the toilet being accidentally cracked. He had the additional problem of going to the big box store to replace it out of his own pocket. The first trip resulted in a faulty commode and having to take it back for a different one. After solving that issue, the rest of the install went well. He discovered that the original hot water pipe (59 years old) was both crimped and twisted. No wonder the hot water in there was troublesome. He did fix that, as well. He framed out the glass block window, too. All in all, everything turned out well in the end. The finished product looks much nicer than the white elephant that was in there, and the hot water is now just perfect. I love my new shower and I'm glad I made the decision to finally get it done. This install took 3 days instead of the usual 2 because of the mishap with the commode, it had originally been installed/attached to the floor differently than usual, it took a lot of time to figure out how it was done to keep it from leaking.

Excellent installation!

There was a total lack of communication regarding the installation. The tub has been installed and is a little disappointing. The design of the tub and shower .... do not plan on taking a standing shower without a mop. There was a inch + of water all over the floor.
