Staff is great. But since I am outside the city limits it takes approximately 5 days to get s technician to the house 😟. If I call on the weekend I may get a call to schedule a technician the following Tuesday or Wednesday then they maybe here on Friday.

We had a complicated issue that required replacing the existing alarm panel and key pad. Our technician Frank was great and very knowledgeable.

Excellent service. It was a very difficult problem, but the technician just worked right through and fixed it. Alert 360 is great.
