I have been using Zenoti for around two years now. It is a very comprehensive system with a huge number of functionalities that can really support the running of a business. However, because there are so many features, it can initially be quite difficult to learn and navigate. For this reason, the UK support team is absolutely vital. Without their support, it would have been extremely difficult to fully understand the system and use it to its full potential. As someone who is not particularly confident with technology, I honestly think I would have given up without their help. Mark from the UK support team has been invaluable. He is extremely patient, takes the time to listen to all concerns, and genuinely tries to understand our business and what we need in order to help it run smoothly and effectively. If he says he will look into something, he always follows through and keeps us updated on any progress or issues being investigated. I can always contact him by phone or arrange a meeting where we can share screens, which is incredibly helpful for understanding what we need to do or where we may be going wrong. Having that level of support makes a huge difference and gives us confidence that we are using the system in the best way possible.

Mark possesses extensive knowledge and is exceptionally helpful, providing outstanding customer service. You are truly in capable hands with him. He is attentive when we encounter issues, addressing them in a clear and timely fashion, and we consistently appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond for us.

I am writing this to warn other business owners considering Zenoti HyperConnect. While the platform is marketed as a seamless communication solution, our experience has been defined by missing core features, technical instability, and a support team that consistently fails to resolve critical issues. Major pain points include: Missing Basic Telephony Features: The system lacks industry-standard functionality such as Call Park, One-Button Transfer, and Busy Lamp Field (BLF). Voicemail & Liability Issues: There is currently no secondary manager voicemail box. This forces sensitive or private messages to be handled by front-desk staff, creating a significant privacy and liability concern for our management team. We were told a fix wouldn't be available until Q2, which is unacceptable for a "live" product. Hardware & Stability Failures: We spent between $750 and $1,000 on recommended hardware that is not fully supported. Handsets fail to retain basic settings, extensions are frequently incorrect, and routing errors are a daily occurrence. Inadequate Support: When we report these bugs, support often claims they are "unreproducible" or provides slow responses that don't address the root cause. HyperConnect feels like a beta product being sold at a premium price. If you require a stable, professional phone system for a high-volume business, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere until Zenoti can prove this system is actually functional.

We recently completed a full systems integration of Zenoti within our clinic, and I can say with complete confidence that this project succeeded because of one person, Jack Trubshaw. From the beginning, Jack demonstrated exceptional ownership of the process. He did not simply “manage” the integration; he carried it. His initiative, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment ensured that every stage moved forward smoothly, even when complexities arose. Where others hesitated, Jack acted. Where questions accumulated, Jack responded. Where challenges appeared, Jack resolved them calmly and efficiently. He was consistently available, approachable, and remarkably prompt in answering every query, no matter how small or technical. His communication style was warm, respectful, and reassuring, which made a significant difference during what could otherwise have been a stressful transition. It is rare to encounter someone who combines technical competence with such genuine professionalism and care. Quite simply, this integration would not have reached completion without his dedication and drive. His work ethic and sense of responsibility stood distinctly apart, and it did not go unnoticed. A well-deserved five stars, and my sincere gratitude to Jack for making what seemed overwhelming entirely achievable.

Zenoti has been a game changer for HEALTH + GLOW. We love the innovative features, functionalities and reporting it has to offer. The whole process from demo to signing up to implementation to onboarding and going live was well organized, communicated and executed precisely. Zenoti has many layers and capabilities which might seem complex at first but once you do the training sessions and start working with Zenoti in real time, it all comes together and you wish you had signed up with Zenoti earlier. The web capabilities, client booking options and AI features makes it seamless for both businesses and clients.
