ZenotiReviews of zenoti.com

An amazing system backed by a fantastic team! We recently moved to Zenoti at North Cotswolds Aesthetics, and we’re so pleased with the system. Having our bookings, patient communications and clinic management connected in one place is making a real difference to how we run the business. A special shout-out to Nischaiy, Kanika, dhananjay and Smruthi for their patience, guidance and support throughout the setup and transition. There’s a lot involved in moving a clinic to a new system, and we’ve really appreciated the time and effort they’ve put into helping us get everything up and running. Thank you to the whole Zenoti team—we’re excited to make the most of everything the system has to offer. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service from Moussa. He was incredibly helpful in answering my technical questions and proactively offered to jump on a call to guide me through the setup. He took the time to ensure everything was working correctly and made the whole process seamless. Really appreciated his initiative, patience and willingness to go above and beyond. A real credit to the team!

We chose to move to Zenoti so we could have everything in one place - bookings, consent forms, inventory etc, and to help our staff spend their time more efficiently. We wanted the customer experience to be easy and streamlined, and to come away from so much paperwork and paper forms. The team assigned to us from Zenoti were excellent and very hardworking, and kept us up to date throughout the whole set up. They were very patient with us whilst we accumulated what was needed as we had very little data due to being entirely on paper. I was in the last couple of months of my pregnancy during set up and they were very patient with me during this time. They did the vast majority of the work by pulling data from our old booking system which was a great help. The whole team were always approachable, polite and friendly. Special mentions to Nischaiy Sam and Mujtaba (MJ) for all your hard work, time and effort in helping us, especially when we are not great with technology! Thank you for your support not only from day 1, but also via the calls on our Go Live days to ensure we felt confident with the system. Any problems we encountered were quickly and easily resolved. They reply to emails quickly and have done everything we have asked for to make our system the best it can be. We are looking forward to continue working with them. Thank you all!

Terrible experience. We signed up with our 4 salons a year ago. We’re constantly having issues and having to deal with their Indian based customer service team. It’s a nightmare. Just to give you an example: they’re charging us 850 AUD just for api access to our 4 salons. I asked if they can add the commission split of stylists to it (when more than one stylist works on a client). They said no. We should manually extract everything. Their email system: can’t email clients that haven’t booked an appointment. So no lead nurturing. It goes on and on and on. Stay away!!!

I have had such an amazing experience so far, the team is hands on and super helpful and they have been so patient with me and our whole team here at Clea headspa. I would highly recommend you switch your business to Zenoti today! I would like to make a special shoutout to Ritesh, MJ and Lohit from the Zenoti team a wonderful group of people Thank you so much for everything!!!!!

Really great system. Ian and Charu have been particularly helpful. Highly recommend.

The onboarding/implementations support team has been really easy to work with, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and very responsive to any concerns or issues that have come up and to our requests for future development of specific features within Zenoti.

Been a pleasure working with zenoti and their hard working team specifically himanshu, pranathi and chaitanyab. The support they have given us to launch zenoti across all of our stores has been outstanding, they go above and beyond to find solutions quickly and efficiently. It’s been a pleasure working with them all
