Worst customer service in the industry, They will tell you yes we can fix that but it will take a day or two. Four weeks later nothing. Over and over again. Gets very old when you constantly have to repeat what they are supposed o be fixing yet very little is ever accomplished. Its as if they truly are not capable or do not have competent people to fix their internal issues. Be very cautious signing up with them

I would give it ZERO stars if I could. We tried to end our contract and Muthka talked us out of it promising all of these services, better prices, and more help. NOT. AT. ALL. When I asked to be let out of our contract due false promises, they threw legalities in my face, forcing me to stay for the rest of the year. She talks over me, and literally does not help with anything we need. Their services are NOT run out of the U.S.-half the time it is hard to understand the support team, and most of the time it takes longer than a week to get something so simple solved. Its is WAY too expensive for what they offer. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go elsewhere, and unfortunately I am stuck with them one more year. And don’t get me started on Mindy, the other part of my “Zenoti” team. ALL IS TERRIBLE

Good team to work with through the tranisition, helpful and always about on one platfirm or another to answer questions. There is a lot of information and the online training although helpful does not prepare you for real thing. Defo suggest training with real customer scenarios more.

Oversold and under delivered. I was incredibly disappointed with the "robust" system. If robust is another analogy for dated, burdensome and cumbersome. The system has so many features that it makes it incredibly difficult to navigate. Terrible customer service, as they do not have phone support, only a AI bot and chat feature which is slow to respond. Unless you operate a multimillion dollar business with extreme need I suggest you look elsewhere. I just switched to Boulevard and am much happier.

Zenoti is an outstanding product and truly the perfect tool for any beauty center. The support is top-notch and has significantly streamlined our business operations—it’s a real game-changer. I want to give a special mention to Yesmine, the Head of French Support. She is absolutely brilliant and always provides the perfect solution instantly. Highly recommended

I've had a great experience transferring to Zenoti from our previous system. Anandan, Magha and the team have been great. Im not the best on technology and it was really quite daunting but they have been patient, responsive and made me feel like an expert 😄😄 Im still in the training process but feel more and more confident every day. Thanks team

Fantastic service, in particular from Adam. He was really hands on in every step, always available, made ample time for me and my team. Went the extra mile to help with any queries I had and really helped me to understand the system fully. Made sure the app was just what i wanted and the system integrated smoothly into the clinic.

Le paramétrage a été réalisé avec des équipes très investies, et je tiens tout particulièrement à souligner l’accompagnement de Yasmine, qui est tout simplement remarquable : toujours disponible, à l’écoute et d’un grand professionnalisme. Aujourd’hui, l’application est opérationnelle et fonctionnelle. Néanmoins, plusieurs ajustements et évolutions restent encore nécessaires afin qu’elle puisse répondre parfaitement à l’ensemble de nos besoins métiers.
