VIOFOReviews of viofo.com

I purchased a BP100 battery pack to use as a source away from my vehicles battery for park mode recording. I ended up needing some additional items that Jessica in sales was more than happy to assist me with. I am overall extremely satisfied with the customer service received and the incredible product.

I am on my second generation of Viofo dashcams for my vehicles. Overall, I have been very pleased with their performance. The capacitors eventually failed on my older units (after more than four years), which caused the video clip that was being recorded when the power was removed to become corrupted. I recently upgraded to the newer A119M Pro units. The improved image sensor and upgraded connection to my mobile phone are fantastic. I had a few questions and some feedback for the technical support team, and they replied extremely quickly. They were very responsive to my questions and suggestions. Their outstanding customer support really makes a difference in my overall experience!

The products are solid, and their support is amazing. When I reached out with a question, I was able to get my problem resolved within 24 hours and the support team was very pleasant to work with. Thanks, Viofo team!

I have a VIOFO A119 Mini 2 dash camera, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The product is excellent and unbeatable for the price. After 1.5 years, I experienced an issue with the camera. Thanks to VIOFO’s outstanding customer support, I received a replacement camera immediately. The customer service is truly excellent, and they help resolve any issue quickly and without unnecessary hassle. I would also like to give a special thanks to Ms. L. Huang from the customer support team for her friendly, professional, and prompt assistance. Thank you very much!

I just got a new Viofo dashcam and messed up on the stickers used to install the cams. I contacted customer service to see if they could send out a couple extras, and Jessica got it taken care of right away. I was very impressed by their customer service.

Had a VIOFO A129 Pro camera stopped working. Reached out to customer service and had Josie walk me through some troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately the camera still didn't work. She ended up sending a replacement for it. Got the new unit and is working perfectly. Great customer service. She follow up and answer all my questions promptly.
