Although there were difficulties in getting the Sauna shipped, once they investigated after my multiple calls, and resolved the issue, the Sauna arrived. They also quickly made adjustments based on market changes which was appreciated.

I had a great experience with Sun Valley Saunas despite some unavoidable circumstances. There was a significant delay with shipping, but Wes and Aryanna were amazing throughout the process. They responded quickly to every inquiry, kept me informed as best they could, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Their customer service really stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. Highly recommend!

We love our sauna! Works great. Love the red light. Sometimes it’s hard to connect to the Bluetooth. I highly recommend the sauna though!
