I recently purchased some epoxy adhesive from you. I spoke with the outside sales and inside sales about the adhesive I need and identifying the epoxy went OK. However, I specifically talked to both inside and outside sales when I discovered that the tubes of epoxy on your web site were not identified as any particular size. It appears that the dispenser gun you sell is only good for "S" size cartridges, but no size information is provided on your web site--so I called and got guidance from your sales staff. When I received the 3 separate shipments, the gun does not fit the cartridge that I was told to order. Apparently the cartridge is size A or B and the gun is for S. So I will have to return everything. Clearly, your sales staff knows very little about the products you sell. The product is Locktite and you need to figure out the information on your web site because it lacks size detail--which is apparently very important. Pat Malone 770 595-9799.
