Customer service was great however some communication with your order team and eagle mfg wasn't the best.

The customer service was excellent, but I cannot give a five-star rating because the company sold me an item that was already out of stock at the time of purchase. The customer rep. was able to track down the item that I was looking for.

I didn't have a bad experience but I've not received what I ordered either. I know it will delayed I was made aware of that.

all is good. had issue with saying you had an item in stock but did not. causing us to have to wait for product. also getting invoiced before the p.o. has been received. other than that all is good!!!

The feature of recording customer customer part numbers and labels adds to ease of locating standard reorder items.Checkout is fast and simple. Corporate pricing is competitive.
