Found the product I needed, although it wasn't represented exactly accurate. I received a product that was 1 number different on the UPC. The product I received turned out to be in my opinion better than the product I thought I was ordering. I have returned and purchased another order of this product.

Our goal is to invite customers AFTER they have received their product. This is a good critique for us. Our priority is providing the very best customer service for our customers. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We'll take your feedback into account. R.S. Hughes Customer Support Team
Very slow and greatly belated delivery of requested products, which had a negative impact on our R&D progress. While the specific products we requested were available at other Hughes branches, the local office in Baltimore did not consider and thereafter were not willing to get them delivered from there.
