There was an issue with my very first order with the company. I have worked with RS Hughes for many years at other companies and never had this issue.

I didn’t get the product I wanted because it was on back order, but I got a call asking me if I wanted to wait it cancel the order which I really appreciated. 5 stars for fantastic customer service.
