I was impressed with the ease and simplicity of filing a claim, I was led through the process from start to finish. Claim was processed in literally minutes and was deposited in our account. Pumpkin made a bad injury a lot easier to deal with and I would highly recommend for any pet owner.

I wasn't sure what I was expecting. Probably the same bs that other insurance companies do to you when you file a pet claim. However, this was not the case. I filed a claim and within 25 minutes they had paid out exactly what I was paying them to do. My full reimbursement amount minus the deductible was paid within minutes without the back and forth. I uploaded the vet documents, wrote up what happened, and let it do its thing. Got my refund into my bank account. Fastest and most amount I've ever gotten back percentage wise from any of the other pet insurance companies. I would 100% recommend them to everyone going forward with how easy the process was to receiving the money.
