My company had been booked for an event on site at Google HQ. The insurance requirements were extraordinarly rigid, and the Tim and Jeannice worked with us over a peroid of weeks with a vigor and relentless passion to get the needed documents. I was treated like a huge and important client despite being a small not for profit company.

This is our 2nd policy we've signed now with StartSure, and it has been such a pleasure getting to work with Fabio and team. They are lightning fast at responding and make the entire process stress-free and easy!

Exceptional team that delved deep into our fundamental requirements and adeptly implemented the necessary safeguards for our pilot project.

The quote was competitive to other brokers who also quoted us, but ultimately Fabio was so attentive and helpful through the process (even Tim in his absence!) and that customer service is primarily what led us to selecting StartSure as our insurer!
