I adopted Scruffy from a shelter and he developed CKD. Without Pumpkin, I couldn't have afforded to treat him. Also, amazingly quick reimbursement. The last two times, my vet submitted the claim and the reimbursement was in my account before the payment had even been processed. My other cat is also insured- worth the peace of mind- even if I never have to put in a claim for her. (Fingers crossed!)

Filed my first claim I submitted my first reimbursement claim for the annual checkup on both of my dogs. Submission was easy, receipt response was quick and reimbursement was promt. I am very pleased with the service and coverage. Glad that I have this coverage for my dogs.
