Working with Pumpkin has been seamless from the start. The folks behind the scenes are exceptionally warm and highly proficient. Claim reimbursements are processed phenomenally fast, like, to the point where it's almost unreal. I would recommend Pumpkin to anyone looking to insure their pets.

Quick response to claims

Payment was quick. One payment got lost in the mail and was quickly resolved. Very helpful and attentive.

AVOID this insurance! They claim preexisting conditions before condition was ever diagnosed by a vet and pay nothing on your claims. Your vet will ask you when you first noticed the symptoms and by the time I had an appointment, it was preexisting condition according to these frauds! I cancelled this fraud “insurance” right away. Now fighting with them to get my premium back.

I believe I already filled this out, but the claim process was fairly easy, except for uploading the picture of my invoice for the fecal exams. I tried to scan it on my phone, but somehow it wasn’t accepting that so I can’t remember exactly how I did it, but I eventually got it converted to a PDF so I could attach it to the claim. Once sent there the claim process was very fast and I received the checks within a couple of days.

Claim was easy to submit, was processed rapidly, and I received the exact reimbursement I expected.

Great response time and very efficient communication throughout the claim process.
